Esther's story and vision
Founded by Esther Tali, a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience and a heartfelt passion for education, the Academy was born from a desire to empower people. Drawing directly from her years in patient care, Esther brings real-world clinical standards into every lesson. Her nursing background fosters a warm learning environment centred on empathy, practical ability, and patient dignity, equipping learners with genuine confidence for workplace success.
Culturally safe, compassionate care
Our training goes beyond basic clinical tasks. We integrate Pacific values, cultural safety, and personalised mentoring to prepare students for diverse healthcare settings across Australia and the Pacific. By honouring mutual respect and person-centred care, we ensure our graduates understand how to deliver compassionate support that respects every individual's background and unique life journey.
Strengthening workforce partnerships
We actively bridge the gap between education and real employment. In close collaboration with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), healthcare providers, aged care facilities, disability support services, and community partners, we provide students with practical workplace insights. These strong ties give our learners the employer-valued skills and professional readiness required to step confidently into rewarding healthcare roles.
